Refuse to be a victim is not a firearms course or a self defense class. Per the NRA: This is a personal safety program that teaches strategies you can use to avoid situations where self-defense may be required. This course focuses on proactive courses of action, rather than reactive. By making yourself more difficult target to prey upon, you lessen your risk of a criminal attack. That means having a personal safety strategy in place before you need it. It is a discussion of common sense tips for crime prevention and personal safety. Topics include but not limited to:
Mental Preparedness
Physical Security
Home Security
Vehicle Security
Personal Protection Devices
